refunds will be given only : if there is a cancelation within 24 hours of departure. if you book a charter with me a day before and cancel on me first thing in the morning you will be charged. If there is poor weather conditions and a rescheduled date cannot be agreed upon I will refund you all but a fee which is $100 – $300 depending on what charter you book

In the case of seasickness, once the boat leaves the dock you will be charged for the full length of your trip.
Absolutely no gps devices, tracking apps, tracking or saving our spots, it will end your trip right then and there and you will be charged full length of your trip.
This page must be read and agreed to before going on the vessel. IE… fishing trips, water taxi to the island, if you go in the water or leave the vessel, you are doing so at your own risk! island drift charters will not be held accountable/responsible for any injuries, bites, stings, cuts, bruises etc…
Rods and Reels are mine while they are on the vessel if they’re dropped and broke, tossed, broken (not from fighting a fish), sunk, lost overboard, hit against the vessel because you lost a fish and that results in damages to my gear or vessel they become your responsibility and you will be charged for them.
we take photos of fish caught and happy times aboard island drift charters, if you do not want to be on our web page or social media platforms or just do not want your photo taken please let the captain know.
At island Drift we are here to provide good times and fun memories to anglers, families, and the occasional sunset cruiser but please do so responsibly! At the end of the day the ocean is a strong, mesmerizing, awesome, yet dangerous place, if you’re having a good time that is great!! That’s what it’s all about!! (BUT) If it gets out of hand your trip will end and you will be charged for the full trip planned for that day. no fire arms are permitted on my vessel, absolutely no drugs, recreational or otherwise are permitted on my vessel by any means.
